Returns

Should your order not be suitable, we will happily provide an exchange or credit voucher subject to the following conditions;

• 30 Day return policy
• Contact is made with Mega Choice NZ within 7 days of delivery
• Goods are returned within 30 days of delivery
• The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased
• Returned goods are accompanied with a receipt
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded

The above does not apply to clearance items, which are not returnable. Exchanges are to be at the expense of the customer if exchanged via post or courier.

We are not able to provide refunds if you change your mind.

If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, but proof of purchase is required. Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. Freight charges will not be borne by you if you are located in New Zealand (North & South Island).
